Why Rugby?: My boyfriend plays with the men’s team and he forced me to go along when the ladies started. I ended up really enjoying it and started watching more rugby and even got a season ticket for Glasgow Warriors
What Motivates You To Play?: I’m motivated when playing because I don’t want to let the team down. We all work so hard at training and there’s nothing better when everything all works out and you can see how proud everyone is of each other.
How long have you been playing (had you played before the bish)?: I have been playing since the team started so about 2.5 years. I had never played before but was told that as I had “prop” legs I’d be alright
Favourite pre game song/soundtrack: Has to be Andy Jackson’s number.
Most memorable moment so far?: Winning our first game and about 4 of us all scored our first tries in a proper game.
Favourite thing about playing for Bishopton?: The ladies. We all get on so well and that’s something I don’t find very common in large groups. But we are all great pals and all encourage and support each other. It’s a really nice feeling having such a strong support network in your team.
Favourite food: I am genuinely a food addict so this is impossible. Spaghetti Bolognese, anything tuna and chips cheese donner meat garlic mayo.
Favourite drink: Anything diet and fizzy. Alcoholic either cider, beer, wine, gin or cocktails…anything.
What colour are your boots?: Pink and black. Both colours that suit me as I’m a girly goth
If you were an animal what animal would you be and why?: I would have to be an indoor cat cause I could just sleep all day and eat tons of tuna
Who would play you in a film?: Barrett Wilbert Weed or Mindy Kaling would both deliver an excellent performance as me.
