Why rugby?: Not a huge fan of the gym, gets too repetitive but enjoy team sports and a big believer of trying everything at least once. Have played netball for a few years and was looking for something else to mix it up a bit. Found Bishy ladies and the rest is history.
What motivates you to play: Team spirit. Genuinely such an amazing bunch of ladies and I’m really proud to play alongside with and they are so supportive. The guys in the coaching team are great as well, really inspiring.
How long have you been playing rugby: Came to my first training session in October 2019. Never, ever played Rugby before.
Favourite pre game soundtrack/song: Tend to pop on any 90s classic dance tune (or album on the drive).
Most memorable moment so far: Our first league win against Ardrossan was pretty special. Just the whole energy was electric!
Favourite thing about playing for Bishopton? I don’t know what other clubs are like but there’s definitely a great team spirit and sense of community with Bishopton!
Favourite food: I do love a bit of pizza! Paesano
Favourite drink: I enjoy a cocktail or two. Anything sweet and fruity.
What colour are your boots?: Just black, pretty boring but maybe Santa will get me a new colourful pair this year
If you were an animal, what animal would you be: Kiwi bird. They aren’t very sociable creatures and I’m socially challenged so we are spirit animals!
Who would you like to play you in a film? Well, my life story would be so epic (?) that I’d like a newcomer to launch their career in such a pinnacle role.
